Performing with Footnotes was a workshop facilitated by Alana and Maria Guarino in collaboration with the Body Ecology Lab (B.E.L.) and the Diverse and In(ter)dependent Student Alliance of Bodyminds: Leaders, Educators and Dreamers (D.I.S.A.B.L.E.D.) for a workshop in reading, writing, and performing from the underground. Together, we facilitated a table read of the first half of Scene 2 from Alana and Maria’s one-act play Interference, and interrogated it through footnotes.
